National Home Delivery, based in New York, specializes in the delivery of samples to homes using its network of local newspaper distributors. Both companies serve consumer goods marketers, advertising agencies, direct marketers and others.
Tim Quinn, president of National Home Delivery, said last week he expected the deal to close on or about March 29.
