SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Retailers throughout California will be able to promote agricultural items harvested in the state using point-of-sale materials, tie-in promotions and product stickers as part of the new California Grown ad campaign introduced by Gov. Gray Davis just before Labor Day. A range of commodities are included in the inaugural effort, including fresh produce, dairy, meat and seafood.
