ANAHEIM -- The Sun Theatre was filled with sunny dispositions as retailers and industry professionals from across the fresh categories gathered here for Dairy-Deli-Bake 2000, sponsored by the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association, Madison, Wis. As always, the second-evening party, organized by the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, also Madison-based, carried a theme. This year it was Celebrate 2000!, an appropriate motif for the new millennium and the upcoming presidential election.
