D&W Names VP of Construction
&W Food Centers here has named Eric Makowski to vice president of construction and maintenance.
In his new position, Makowski will be responsible for constructing and equipping all current and future D&W facilities. He will also supervise and coordinate construction contracts and similar activities for renovations and expansion efforts. In addition, he will coordinate all energy management and maintenance programs.
Makowski, who joined D&W in May 1997, was previously the senior director of construction and maintenance. Prior to joining D&W, he held similar positions at Finast Supermarkets, Cleveland; and Fleming Companies, Oklahoma City.
