FOOD FOR ALL ANNOUNCES HOLIDAY POP AWARD RECIPIENTS

WASHINGTON -- Food For All has announced the recipients of the 2001 Holiday Food For All point-of-purchase campaign awards, for outstanding contribution levels in the 2001 program. The award recipients are:s); Publix Jacksonville Division, Highest Contribution (75 to 99 stores); Wild Oats Markets, Highest Contribution (50 to 75 stores); Lunds Food Holdings, Highest Contribution (20 to 49 stores);

s); Publix Jacksonville Division, Highest Contribution (75 to 99 stores); Wild Oats Markets, Highest Contribution (50 to 75 stores); Lunds Food Holdings, Highest Contribution (20 to 49 stores); Gelson's Markets, Highest Contribution (1 to 19 stores).

Albertsons Southern California Division, Highest Contribution Per Company, Canister Program (over 200 stores); Stater Bros. Markets, Highest Contribution Canister Program (1 to 199 stores); Food City, Highest One-Year-Increase in Contributions; Giant Foods-Landover Division, Highest Contribution By a First Time Participant.

Food For All was founded by the food industry in 1985 and continues to serve the industry in linking retailers, manufacturers and distributors with the communities they serve. Since 1985, over $35 million has been raised to help end hunger in the nation and around the world.
