ORLANDO, Fla. — Attendees at the Annual Meat Conference at Caribe Royale Resort & Convention Center last weekend were welcomed with a reception that featured new cuts of beef, spicy chicken, pork kabobs and lots of interesting fare with a Caribbean twist. Between bites, retailers and their industry associates had a chance to catch up on past news and talk about conference events coming up.
