BRAINTREE, Mass. -- Sue Fraser, president of Fraser & Wagner Marketing Services, Scituate, Mass., has been elected president of the New England Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association by the group's board of directors.

Jim Niedzolkowski, vice president of dairy at Buckley Thorne Messina, Needham, Mass., is the new secretary.
