BIRMINGHAM, Mich. -- Services were scheduled here last Saturday for Craig C. MacDonald, who died last week. MacDonald spent more than 30 years working for several consumer packaged goods companies owned by Netherlands-based Unilever before launching a consulting business. He served on several committees in various industry associations, including Food Marketing Institute, Food Distributors International, Grocery Manufacturers of America and Association of Sales & Marketing Companies.
