MADISON, Wis. — The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association is accepting applications for its annual cake design challenge until February 14.
The finalists will compete in a three-day competition at the Dairy Deli Bake Seminar and expo June 1 to 3 in Denver. During the live competition in the Show and Sell Expo, the designers will fill a bakery case with cakes, create a wedding cake and decorate three cakes in three different categories.

IDDBA covers the show expenses and travel for the finalists.
To register, cake designers send an entry form and album of their cake designs. The entry form is available on IDDBA’s website.
