Step into Babeth’s Feast in New York and you’ll notice it’s not a typical grocer: The 1,700-square-foot store is completely filled with frozen foods.

“We really wanted to be sort of a grocery store of frozen food. So anything that one could imagine from breakfast to dessert, we wanted to have a very sort of complete selection so that you could have your whole meal — if you wanted to — you could have your whole meal using frozen,” said founder Elisabeth de Kergorlay.
