Winn-Dixie Stores said yesterday it has agreed to sell the two dairy facilities it operates to Southeast Milk, a Florida-based cooperative.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Winn-Dixie Stores here said yesterday it has agreed to sell the two dairy facilities it operates to Southeast Milk, a Florida-based cooperative. Terms were not disclosed.
