Retailers reimagine olive bars for wings, grains and ethnic foods  

While olive bars and salad bars have been part of deli departments for some time, retailers like Nugget Markets, Woodland, Calif., are experimenting with inventive themed bars.

The “grain bar was kind of the next level because we do have so many different offerings of various salads and composed salads and stuff that we make,” said Randy Wehman, director of kitchen operations.
