A memorial service is set for Thursday, March 13, for Carol Christison, the long-time president of the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association. Christison passed away on March 4.
Christison oversaw the IDDBA for 31 years. Her humorous and well-researched state of the industry presentation was a staple of the annual IDDBA conference.
Christison is survived by her daughter Lucie Norm Arendt and her son David. Her son Jim passed away last year.
The memorial service will be held at the Gunderson Fitchburg Funeral Home, 2950 Chapel Valley Road, Fitchburg, Wis., at 10 a.m.
