JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Acosta Sales & Marketing here on Tuesday said former H.J. Heinz Co. executive David Moran has joined its board of directors.
Moran, who left as president and chief executive of Heinz North America earlier this year, has more than 30 years of experience in the CPG industry. He began his career in sales with Procter & Gamble and later spent 14 years with The Clorox Co.
“David is a well-respected leader in our industry, and it is our absolute privilege to welcome him to our Board of Directors,” said Acosta Executive Chairman Gary Chartrand. “His extensive expertise will complement our board’s diverse knowledge base and help us navigate today’s ever-changing marketplace.”
