How can supermarkets grow meal sales?

What more can supermarkets do to grow meal sales and take share from restaurants and other competitors? Nicola Farinetti, CEO, Eataly USA, says education is key. “The more you learn, the more you buy. The more people understand how to make fresh pasta, the more they are going to buy fresh pasta in the supermarket, and not only in the restaurants.”
