FRANKLIN PARK, Ill. — Select Supervalu Pharmacies locations will offer glucose screenings, by appointment, during regular in-store pharmacy hours this holiday season, the company said yesterday. "Our highly trained pharmacists offer blood glucose screenings year-round. However, as the holiday season approaches, we encourage potentially at-risk adults to get the information they need to make wise and healthy choices before they notice symptoms," said Nancy Lyons, manager of Supervalu’s Diabetes Care Program.
