Bruno's Union Contract Stays: Judge

A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge yesterday declined to void the labor contract that Bruno's Supermarkets has with its employees as the company prepares itself for auction this week.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge here yesterday declined to void the labor contract that Bruno's Supermarkets has with its employees as the company prepares itself for auction this week.
