ANKENY, Iowa — Casey’s General Stores here on Friday said it had reached an agreement to acquire 22 convenience stores in Iowa from Kum n’ Go. A purchase price was not disclosed.
Casey’s said the chain would rebanner the stores under its Casey’s brand when the transaction is completed in July. Kum n’ Go, based in West Des Moines, Iowa, said proceeds from the sale would be reinvested in its other stores.
