CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Retail Solutions Providers Association here announced that it has launched an industry Certification Program for technology vendors and resellers. The program will launch in several stages, beginning with company certification and later with individual certification.
"This program was developed to set and maintain the bar of professionalism for retail technology vendors and resellers," said Joe Finizio, RSPA president and chief executive officer.
Certification "will say to a company's prospects, customers, dealers and vendors that they are working with a company that is a distinguished solution provider who has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, maintains an exceptional level of professionalism, is ethical and fair and stands behind the products and services they sell and support," said RSPA in a statement.
