SALISBURY, N.C. — Food Lion is hitting the road by showcasing its products and services at local festivals and other community events.
The Taste of Food Lion Road Show will visit about six different events, including the Maryland State Fair and Suffolk Peanut Festival and Food Lion Speed Street motor sports event. Del Monte Foods,
Campbell's and Yoplait are sponsoring the tour, which includes entertainment, food demonstrations, product samples and giveaways. The tour kicked off this month and runs through October.
