SAN ANTONIO — University of Texas at San Antonio's new head football coach, Larry Coker, will make an appearance at an H-E-B store this Saturday, Oct. 10. Coker will sign t-shirts, hats, football and other merchandise at the H-E-B Plus! store on South Zarzamora Road in San Antionio.
"Stop by and welcome Coach Coker to University of Texas at San Antonio," H-E-B promotional materials read.
A 28-year collegiate coaching veteran, Coker was named coach of the UTSA Roadrunners in March. He is the first head football coach in UTSA's history. Coker spent the previous two seasons as a college football analyst for ESPN. Prior to that, he was head coach at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Fla.
