MATTHEWS, N.C. — Harris Teeter stores offered triple coupons over the weekend — a week after competitor Bloom offered a similar deal, according to sales fliers. The Harris Teeter offer allowed consumers to use up to 20 coupons per shopping trip with a face value of 99 cents or less, between Thursday and Sunday. Bloom, operated by Food Lion, offered a three-day triple coupon promotion over the previous weekend.
