MATTHEWS, N.C. — Harris Teeter has launched a healthy recipe contest on its Facebook page.
The grand-prize winner will get $1,000 in Harris Teeter gift cards, and five runners up with get a $250 gift card.
Contestants must “like” the Harris Teeter Facebook page to enter. They can then upload their recipe, which can be immediately viewed by the rest of the retailer’s Facebook family.
Current entries include turkey chili, Greek chicken with orzo, and spinach and sweet potato tacos. The contest runs through Feb. 7.
