CHICAGO — IGA here said Monday it has named three of seven finalists as IGA USA International Retailers of the year: Shayne Hamilton, Washington IGA, Washington, Ind.; Robert Hurley, Hurley's Fresh Market IGA, Towanda, Pa., and Frank Shumpert, Shumpert's IGA, Pelion, S.C.
The three will be honored, along with international retailers from other countries, at the IGA Global Rally in Vancouver in March. Late last year, IGA announced seven finalists, all of whom were visited by IGA executives, who selected the three winners.
