WEST POINT, Miss. — The Food and Drug Administration warned a Kroger store here for selling cigarettes to at least one minor during an FDA State Enforcement Program compliance check in October.

The FDA commissioned state inspectors to visit 493 retailers in Mississippi over the past three months as part of the program. Kroger is one of 25 businesses to receive a warning.
