NGA Show Introduces ‘Produce Pavilion’

ARLINGTON, Va. — This year’s National Grocers Association show in Las Vegas will highlight produce in a dedicated 2,500-square-foot exhibition space on the expo floor. Created in partnership with the Produce Marketing Association, “The PMA Produce Pavilion” will feature produce growers, packers and distributers.

Industry representatives will showcase products, be available for meetings, and share information related to products, services and recent industry innovations.

“PMA is excited for the opportunity to build a strong presence at this year’s NGA Show and highlight what our members can offer independent grocers,” said PMA President and CEO Bryan Silbermann, in a release. “With the increase in demand for healthy and convenient fresh food options, the produce department is an important point of differentiation for many independents and our members want to help supply those needs.”

The NGA show, which runs from Feb. 12-15, is co-located with the Independent Grocer Alliance Global Rally at the Mirage Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas.
