INDIANAPOLIS — The National Labor Relations Board has asked a court to order Marsh Supermarkets here to reinstate a former employee who the United Food and Commercial Workers said was supporting the union.

According to the UFCW, the NLRB is also seeking the court to order Marsh to stop certain activities to impede a unionization effort at the chain, such as prohibiting workers from discussing a union
