CINCINNATI — Kroger loyalty cardholders shopping for coupons on shortcuts.com can now automatically link offers for entire “Meal Deals” to their loyalty cards. Starting today shoppers can save $2.75 as part of the Pasta Night Meal Deal, which comprises $1 off a Macaroni Grill Dinner Kit; 75 cents off Kroger Frozen Chicken; 50 cents off Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and 50 cents off Green Giant Frozen Boxed Vegetables. A second deal, called Betty’s Birthday Deal will run through Dec. 8. The offer includes 50 cents off Betty Crocker Cake Mix, 50 cents off Betty Crocker Frosting, 75 cents off Private Selection Ice Cream and 50 cents off Kroger Designer Plates and Cups. A taco night meal offer will run from Nov. 9 through Dec. 8.“Consumers are spending less time eating out and more time planning weekly meals,” said Kimberley Partoll, executive vice president of new ventures for AOL, in a statement. “With Meal Deals we’re taking the legwork out of meal planning and giving consumers the money-saving coupons they need at the same time.” Shortcuts.com is a free service of AOL.
