FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — Stop & Shop will host a Healthy Kids Summit for members of the public Tuesday. The free event is designed to encourage families to get moving and be healthy. It will take place at 4 p.m. at the Dana-Farber Field House at Patriot Place here.
The summit will include a 30-minute panel discussion and Q&A to provide healthy lifestyle tips for attendees, followed by a HOPSports fitness routine. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes.
Stephen Gostkowski, place kicker for the New England Patriots, is scheduled to make an appearance.
“We are excited to bring together these great community leaders to bring some inspiration to the community,” said Suzi Robinson, spokeswoman for Stop & Shop’s New England division, in a statement. “We share a common bond: to help our kids stay active and be healthy."
