MINNEAPOLIS — Wal-Mart plans to double its support for military families to $20 million, up from $10 million, through the end of 2015, Bill Simon, president and chief executive officer of Wal-Mart's Bentonville, Ark.-based U.S. operations, told the American Legion Wednesday at its 93rd annual convention here.
