EDINA, Miss. — Lund Food Holdings offered its Facebook fans an exclusive Internet coupon for its new premium store-brand chocolate bars.
"Try our new line of premium chocolate bars for free," the Lunds & Byerly's parent wrote on its Facebook page Nov. 3. "Give them a try and let us know what you think."
Under the offer, shoppers could get a Lunds and Byerly's Premium Chocolate Bar for free with a $10 purchase in stores or online. The coupon was valid through Nov. 9.
The premium chocolate bars feature pure Belgian chocolate and come in about seven flavors, including milk chocolate with pretzel and toffee bits, and 54% dark chocolate with sea salt. There's also 64% and 72% dark chocolate bars.
