The store is the 23rd in Colorado for Sprouts, which expanded its presence in the state through last year's acquisition of Sunflower Farmers Market. Another opening is slated for Denver later this year.

Sprouts features deals throughout the store for its grand opening. The chain promotes itself as a more affordable alternative to other organic/natural specialists.
On hand for the 150th store opening were (left to right): Sprouts Co-Founder Stan Boney, Store Director Mike Rogers and Chairman Shon Boney.
Offerings at Sprouts include natural and organic produce, all natural meats, seafood delivered six days a week and over 300 bins of bulk rice, spices, nuts and grains.
