The Republic of Tea is launching a tea collection that will be exclusively sold at 365 by Whole Foods Market.
The collection comprises two seasonal holiday tea blends, two ice tea blends, one matcha blend and 13 bold, hot tea blends including black, green and rooibos teas served in full leaf and traditional tea bags. Varieties include Organic Black Iced Tea, Organic Elderberry Rooibos Tea and Strawberry Hibiscus Tea.
Every premium tea blend in the collection is packaged in a new distinct design that features an airtight steel tin making the packaging both sustainable and ensuring fresh tea for each steep, according to the Republic of Tea.
“Whole Foods Market shares in our commitment to innovate and deliver premium teas and herbs to our citizens from coast to coast,” said Kristina Richens, minister of commerce at The Republic of Tea, in a statement. “They have been a valued long-time partner and we are so thrilled to be among the first retailers to join 365 by Whole Foods Market in this exciting new venture.”
The first 365 by Whole Foods Market opens this month in Los Angeles, and will be followed by additional store openings in Bellevue, Wash. and Lake Oswego, Ore. Ten additional 365 by Whole Foods Market locations are slated to open in early 2017.
