Kroger Co. has added a new feature to its Kroger 1-2-3 Rewards MasterCard program — points for purchases made from other retailers.

CINCINNATI — Kroger Co. has added a new feature to its Kroger 1-2-3 Rewards MasterCard program — points for purchases made from other retailers.
