Nash Finch Names Voss Non-Executive Chairman

MINNEAPOLIS - Nash Finch here has named William R. Voss the non-executive chairman of its board of directors. He succeeds Allister P. Graham, who continues as a director of the company and has been named chairman emeritus. Voss has been a director of Nash Finch since November 1998, and is founder and managing director of Lake Pacific Partners, a Chicago-based private equity investment firm. He has also been chief executive officer of McCain Foods, president of Pilgrims Pride Corp. and a principal with Booz, Allen & Hamilton management consultants.

Glaude Named Director of HR at AG New England

PEMBROKE, N.H. - Laurie Glaude has been promoted to director of human resources at Associated Grocers of New England. Glaude came to AG New England in 2000 as manager of human resources and three years later took on added responsibilities in employee safety. She retains all of her former responsibilities. She did not succeed anyone in her new position.
