Feinerer said the line will be an ideal way to commemorate the World War II anniversaries taking place this year and the 20th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam conflict.

American Greetings has designed the cards to honor veterans from all the military branches in each war or major conflict in which they were engaged. It also has relationship-specific cards.

The line will be accompanied by suggestions on how to extend greetings to hospitalized veterans. The effort is being launched in conjunction with Veterans Hospitals nationwide.
