Hide the bridesmaids. "Wedding Crashers," the $200 million comedy starring Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn, hits DVD on Jan. 3, from New Line Home Entertainment. DVD special features include commentary from Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn, a featurette called "A Crash Course in Wedding Crashing," and a "Wedding Crashing" game. A targeted media advertising "blitz" will produce over 1 billion consumer impressions through network and cable television, and consumer magazines including Rolling Stone, People and Entertainment Weekly. Order date is Nov. 22. The DVD retails for $28.98.
BIG BAD COUGH DROPS
Parsippany, N.J. -- The first new broadcast television commercial for Halls in nearly five years debuts this fall from Cadbury Adams USA here. The campaign, "Wolfboy," puts a new spin on the classic fairy-tale "The Three Little Pigs." In the 30-second and 15-second spots, the wolf is able to overcome his cough and sore throat thanks to Halls cough drops. The tagline for the new Halls campaign is, "Breathe Big." The launch of this new advertising campaign coincides with the traditional beginning of the cold and flu season and correlates with the launch of three new products: Halls Defense Sugar Free Assorted Citrus Flavors, Halls Sugar Free Assorted Mint Flavors and Halls Max Honey Lemon.
