NEW YORK -- In response to its annual Readers' Choice Awards, Time Inc.'s "Teen People" have rewarded its audience by releasing two collectible covers featuring Britney Spears and 'Nsync for the February issue, both voted the most popular celebrities in the poll, according to a press release.
