Matthew Saline

Saline is the founder and chief executive officer of Mambo Sprouts Marketing, which creates and distributes quarterly newsletters, client-branded newsletters and in-store promotional and direct mail coupon programs. He also runs the company's research arm MamboTrak, an online consumer survey engine.

Kim Greenfeld

Greenfeld is principal of Campo Verde Solutions, a Needham, Mass.-based consulting firm to the organic and natural food industry, with a primary focus on private-label programs. She is also a former retailer, having spent more than 20 years at companies such as Trader Joe's and Whole Foods Market.

Judith L. Dodd

Dodd, a registered and licensed dietitian, is the corporate nutritionist for Pittsburgh-based Giant Eagle [3] and an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh. Along with her practice, she is active in volunteer leadership, having served as the president of the American Dietetic Association.
