GREENVILLE, S.C. — Bi-Lo [2] here said Wednesday that it had developed its first TV advertising in two years with a campaign featuring testimony from real mothers from throughout its footprint.

The three new TV spots, developed by Bi-Lo and ad agency Erwin-Penland, also based here, illustrate real-life situations to demonstrate the retailer’s commitment to “savings without sacrifice.” One ad shows a mom describing how the convenience and pricing at Bi-Lo helps her busy household run more smoothly. Another shows a mom filling the gas tank of her car and saving money with gas discounts through the fuelperks program available at Bi-Lo.
