The U.S. Department of Agriculture thus far has received no reports of illness associated with the meats.

The meats subject to recall were all incorporated into prepackaged Marketside Grab and Go Sandwiches distributed to Wal-Mart Stores [2], and have “use by” dates ranging from Aug. 20 to Sept. 10. Individual packages of deli meat sold at Wal-Mart were not affected.
