PROVIDENCE, R.I. — A fourth suspect admitted to stealing debit and credit card information from shoppers at Stop & Shop stores, reports said Thursday. Michael Stepanian pleaded guilty to federal charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and aggravated identity theft. Three of his co-conspirators have already entered guilty pleas.
