JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Winn-Dixie Stores here on Friday said it had named Dan Portnoy senior vice president and chief marketing and merchandising officer, a new post that oversees both functions at the company. Portnoy most recently had been president and chief executive officer of Kings Super Markets, Parsippany, N.J., a post he left after that chain was acquired by private equity last year.
