SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — Stater Bros. Markets here said it is introducing an electronic coupon program dubbed ‘Digital Deals’ that allows customers to obtain discounts without a loyalty card.
The program offers electronic coupons that can be "clipped" online and redeemed at the store checkouts by entering a personal 10-digit number on the customer payment keypad, the company said. Customers can sign up for the program at coupons. staterbros.com. Once registered, customers can digitally click on the coupon offers they want, and can print a list for reference.
When customers purchase the correct products and quantities and enter their code, the savings are automatically applied and printed on the receipt. Any coupons that are clipped and not used will remain in the customers' account until they expire.

Stater Bros. is launching the program with approximately 100 digital coupons, which include a combination of manufacturer, Stater Bros. brand and exclusive online coupons. New coupons are also added weekly.
In addition, print-at-home coupons are still offered through the "Digital Deals" program.
