Wal-Mart Does Well in Rating of Online Customer Respect

Wal-Mart Stores scored a 6.8 on a 10-point Customer Respect Index scale compiled for the fourth quarter of 2007 by the Customer Respect Group, a research and consulting firm that focuses on how corporations treat their online customers.

IPSWICH, Mass. — Wal-Mart Stores scored a 6.8 on a 10-point Customer Respect Index scale compiled for the fourth quarter of 2007 by the Customer Respect Group here, a research and consulting firm that focuses on how corporations treat their online customers.
