Wal-Mart Expands Campaign vs. Grocers

BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Wal-Mart Stores here is trying to induce consumers in Chicago, Atlanta and Albuquerque, N.M., to compare prices by offering to make the comparison for them.

Ads in those cities — as well as on an online site — suggest shoppers take a photo of their grocery receipt, upload it and send it to Wal-Mart, where so-called "price-checking wizards" will compare those prices with the prices
