Costco sees more organics growth

Costco Wholesale Corp. said Thursday it expects sales of organics to increase 20% or more this year.

Richard A. Galanti, EVP and CFO of the Issaquah, Wash.-based company, said organic sales are running around $4 billion a year, up 30% or so in the last two years, “and our goal this year is to have a double-digit number that has a two in front of it.”
