Loblaw Cos. officials say a new loyalty program is already having positive effect on sales, particularly in Ontario, where the PC Plus card program launched a year ago.
The Brampton, Ontario-based retailer launched the PC Plus program chainwide in November. The program now has more than 5 million members, accounting for roughly 40% of Loblaw’s total sales.
