Relations between suppliers and retailers have improved or stayed the same over the past year in terms of data sharing, collaboration and other interactions, report the vast majority (93.3%) of respondents to SN’s Supplier Leadership Awards survey. Half of all participants indicated that there’s been an improvement.
“Chains are sharing more scan data as well as loyalty card data to help target specific customers to promote our products to,” said one supplier.<
