Despite an abundance of options in the produce department, many consumers return to the same fruits and vegetables, according to D&W Fresh Market’s Living Well lifestyle expert, Margaux Drake.

To help customers get out of that rut, Drake held an event this month called “Eat Your Fruits & Veggies” that showcased unusual produce items like rhubarb, kohlrabi, fennel and sunchokes.
